The second is vitamin B12.  If your body is deficient in this vitamin, you will find that your hands and feet are becoming empty.  It seems that the limbs have fallen, the other limbs are trembling.  Vitamin B12 keeps the brain and cognitive fibers active.  If the deficiency of vitamin B12 lasts for a long time, then the memory goes away.  I can't even remember where you went 10 minutes ago or what you ate.  B12 injection is required in allopathic.  In Ayurveda, if you take fermented substances or sprouted beans, green vegetables, you will automatically get B12 compensation.


The third is iron deficiency in hemoglobin when the hands and feet are empty.  The percentage of blood in men is 13 to 14 and in women from 11 to 12 percent.  With this percentage, when the hemoglobin in your body is less than 10%, the organs become full and empty.  Three things are consumed in Ayurveda to increase the natural hemoglobin. One is a glass of spinach vegetable juice after waking up in the morning and the other is the consumption of spinach vegetable in winter.  If these three are used more then your hemoglobin will increase in a month.


Number four, when the gem of your neck is pressed or any nerve in the body is pressed, the arms and legs become empty.  Sciatica is one of these types.  If there is a vein in any part of your body, then warm water should be stirred.  By doing this your blood circulation will increase and you will stop climbing.
