પેટ ઓછું કરવા માટેનો અક્સીર ઉપાય છે આ વસ્તુ 15 દિવસમાં પેટ થઈ જશે ગાયબ

If you keep doing this remedy continuously for 1 month, then your stomach will reduce.  For this, you have to do this remedy regularly for 21 days.  So let's know.  Drink the mixture at bedtime.



If a person has acidity, bile, heartburn, swelling in the stomach, then he should not eat cinnamon.  Cumin powder should be taken instead of cinnamon.  Do this 3 times.  How to do this asana?  So let's know.
