 Our body needs more and more of the most important nutrients.  It is very important for our body to have a quality source of calcium.  When there is a deficiency of calcium in our body, we get many diseases.  Calcium deficiency can cause joint pain, cramps, back pain, and sprains.  All these problems are now being seen in people in the age group of 40-45 years.  This means that all these problems are now associated with calcium deficiency even at a young age.



Today we will tell you about some such things which will impress you in the long run.  All these things are part of the diet.  Even after the age of 55-60, you will find that if it is consumed regularly then it has full benefits.  If you want to keep your bones strong even after 60, then we will tell you what you should include in your diet.

When all this is taken regularly, the body grows very well and keeps all the bones of the body strong from within.  Therefore, everything should be included in the diet.  Before consuming it, keep one thing in mind that do not eat all these things together.  Also, everything should be consumed at regular intervals.

If there is a deficiency of calcium in our body, then doctors also advise us to take calcium tablets.  But if you stop taking calcium tablets and consume all these things in your daily diet rich in calcium, then the deficiency of calcium in the body will go away and your calcium will not decrease.  And the body will not lose calcium for a long time.

  Drink Milk: -

Milk is a nutritious food.  Milk is rich in calcium.  Which strengthens our weak bones.  That's why you should always drink a glass of milk after dinner.  So that bones can get enough calcium.  To keep the bones of young children strong, they should be fed special milk from an early age.  It also helps in the physical development of the children.

  Eat curd :-

Yogurt is also considered a good source of calcium.  Consumption of curd removes the deficiency of calcium in our body.  Yogurt should always be consumed with food.  So it works to strengthen the bones of the body from inside.  Therefore, including curd in your daily diet gives you relief from calcium pain.

 Eat Banana:- 

Banana is rich in calcium.  It is nutritious food for our health.  Therefore, eating bananas daily keeps our bones strong.  Not only this, even at the age of 70, the bones do not weaken.  Therefore, banana must be included in the daily diet.  One banana a day is a must.  Apart from banana, many other fruits can be included in the diet.

  Use of green vegetables:- 

Green vegetables eaten daily also contain a lot of calcium.  Therefore, to overcome the lack of calcium in the body, we must include green vegetables in our daily diet.  Eating green vegetables daily not only strengthens our bones but also improves eyesight.  Due to which the eyes remain healthy for a long time.  And the full number will not come.

  Consumption of oranges and citrus:- 

Vitamin C is found in oranges and citrus fruits.  Consuming oranges strengthens the immune system.  To maintain calcium in the body, orange and mosabi should be eaten.  So that the calcium obtained from our food can be seen by our body.  And removes calcium deficiency.

 Consumption of black sesame:- 

Black sesame seeds are rich in calcium.  Therefore, it can be taken after meals or at any time of the day.  Including it in your daily routine provides relief from bone pain and also provides the necessary calcium.  Apart from this, taking it after meals improves digestion and clears the stomach. 

If there is a deficiency of calcium in your body, then you should also consume jaggery.  Apart from eating jaggery, there is much more to it.  So you should include the above mentioned foods in your daily diet.  If you are still suffering from joint pain, back pain, any kind of cramping or cramping pain in your 30s and 40s, then add this calcium-rich food to your daily diet.  Due to this, the bones remain strong even after the age of 70, which gives relief from joint pain.
