  To increase the eyesight, first of all take care of the cornea.

The cornea is an essential part of our eyes, which helps us to see the reflection of objects in front of our eyes.  Along with this, the cornea helps us to see an object or a person or a place.  Our eyes need vitamin A if we want to keep the cornea healthy and have good eyesight.  To increase eyesight, you should eat all kinds of fruits or take Ayurvedic medicine.  The cornea is the most important part of our eyes.  Which take good care of our eyes and help the cornea to make the eyes sharp.  To continue building our cells and structures, our eyes need a coliseum within the cells.  Collagen is a type of protein that helps make up our eyes, cornea and sclera.

  To increase eyesight, blindness should be avoided.

Vitamin A is essential for the eyes because their tear ducts do not dry out.  If the lacrimal ducts become dry, the cornea becomes soft and its functionality decreases, which leads to the problem of blindness.  When the cornea becomes dry, you don't need to worry, but you do need to take vitamin A for yourself most of the time.

  Eat capsicum and pumpkin to increase eyesight.

If your eyesight is weak and the eyes start getting very weak then it becomes necessary for you to consume capsicum and pumpkin.  If we regularly eat very sattvik food prepared in our Indian kitchen, then the capacity of Vitamin A in any person's body starts decreasing.

  Take vitamin B to increase eyesight.

  You can take riboflavin to improve eyesight.

Riboflavin is also known as Vitamin B2.  It contains riboflavin, it reduces many functions in your body, thereby reducing inflammation in our eyes, riboflavin.  Which slows down the oxidation process of our body.  If you consume riboflavin, then it can protect your eyes from being motivated, according to Ayurvedic Guruka, then you will not have the problem of eye disease again for a long time.  If you don't take riboflavin, you're more likely to have problems with Motivin.  With this you avoid most of our body odor, and to reduce you make your eyes red most of the time, if you consume riboflavin, you may get less sick and your eyesight is better.

Niacin is called vitamin B3.  Niacin can keep our eyes healthy and Motivin can protect us from this niacin.  Niacin works to increase energy in our body, so that you can stay healthy and you can avoid a lot of stress.  Niacin works as an antioxidant in our body, which helps you in reducing our eye puffiness and thus helps you in boosting our immunity.  

Niacin protects us from a disease called glaucoma in our eyes, which causes our eyes to become opaque, making our eyes less visible and you can compensate for this.  If you consume all kinds of vitamins, then they are very harmful for your eyes.  Due to which the power of our eyes is very less and helps you to calculate the count of your eyes.

If you consume vitamin E then it is very beneficial for your eyes and helps in increasing your eyesight.  If your eyesight is less then you do not need to worry and you should take vitamin C when the number of eyes increases.  Motivin is released in your eyes as soon as you consume vitamin C.  If you take too many vitamins, you will get sick less in a year.  If you consume plenty of Vitamin Omega C, your eyes will be fuller and your eyes won't let you count.  As soon as you reduce your omega C intake, you will not get rid of Motvin disease.
