This woman named Jyoti says, 'My weight started increasing after pregnancy in 2018.  Due to not paying attention to myself, the weight gradually increased and then I reached 90 kg.  From 2018 to 2021, my weight remains the same.

I never thought about losing weight.  But then when I met relatives and friends, they all made fun of my weight gain.

Just from that day I decided in my mind that now I will keep losing weight.  After that I went to UK in 2021 with my husband and saw that the people there were very fit.  He was doing many activities.

They do long walks, mountain biking, surfing etc.  Now this was a challenge for me as I also wanted to do all these activities but could not due to my excess weight.

Jyoti says that she kept her diet very simple, which she could follow for a long time.  They eat dinner before 6 pm.

Jyoti says that she never went to the gym to exercise.  She used to exercise at home or go for a walk.  She walked 7 kilometers at 6 kilometers an hour, burning 700 calories.  After that I do normal exercise at home for 30 minutes.

After some time she increased her walking time and then she started walking around 10 kilometers every day.  In which she ran 5 kilometers in the morning and 5 kilometers in the evening.  This helped him lose weight.

Jyoti says that regularity is very important to lose weight and then the weight starts to come off gradually.  If I had skipped the diet and workout for a few days I would have put the weight back on, but I kept up the routine and slowly lost 30 kg.
