Gray hair is a big problem, which can be a bit difficult to fix, but there are many remedies that can be used to make gray hair white and keep it healthy.



The main reason for graying of hair is the deficiency of Vitamin B-12 or Vitamin B in the body.  There are many reasons for the lack of vitamin B-12 in the body, due to which the hair starts turning white at an early age and many problems related to hair start to arise.  However, vitamin B-12 deficiency can be met by including fresh green peas, carrots, nuts, broccoli, chicken and fish in the diet.


Vitamin B-12 rich foods should be consumed to darken the hair, because the reason for the graying of hair is the lack of vitamin B-12 in the body.  Your diet should include foods rich in vitamin B-12.  Yes, cottage cheese, oranges, almonds, etc., which contain sufficient amounts of vitamin B-12, will give natural color to the hair and eliminate the problem of graying of hair.


Using natural henna to whiten hair is very beneficial.  Mehndi contains many nutrients that help in giving natural color to the hair.  Regular use of henna in the hair is very beneficial for the hair.  Applying lemon juice, amla powder, curd, vinegar and a little shikakai powder to the henna can make the hair black from the roots.



Amla is also very beneficial for hair.  Applying amla paste in the hair 2-3 times a week is very beneficial in darkening the hair from the roots.  Applying amla paste in the hair helps in darkening the hair as well as protecting the hair from many diseases and keeping the hair healthy.


Raw papaya is very beneficial for blackening the hair from the root.  Finely chop the raw papaya and make a paste.  Now apply this paste well on the hair and leave it in the hair for 20 minutes.  After the time is over, wash it off with water.  Nutrients present in papaya keep hair healthy and prevent them from turning gray, so this remedy should be used every week.


Coconut oil and curry leaves are also used to darken the hair from the root.  Mix curry leaves in coconut oil and heat it well.  After heating well, massage this oil from the roots to the ends of the hair.  Doing this process for about 2 days in a week will nourish the hair, which will give natural black color to the hair and keep the hair healthy.


To whiten the hair from the roots, mix a little gooseberry juice and a little lemon juice in almond oil and apply it on the hair daily.  Apart from this, by making a paste of ginger, adding honey to it and applying it on the hair, the hair can be blackened.


Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze out the juice.  This mixture can be applied to the hair to prevent graying of hair.  Apart from this, after boiling neem leaves in coconut oil, remove the leaves.  Now after the oil cools down, massaging the hair lightly with hands also removes the problem of graying of hair.


Sesame is also very beneficial for blackening of hair.  To darken the hair, make a fine paste of black or white sesame, then apply this paste well in the hair and wash it after about half an hour.  By doing this, the problem of graying of hair goes away and the hair becomes black naturally.
